Orders may be canceled up until a product has been delivered. If an order is canceled before delivery, or if delivery is denied by the purchaser and the product is returned to Dom's Icehouse, a full refund may be issued.
Once a product has been delivered no refund will be issued. If a product arrives damaged, a replacement product may be issued within 5 business days of receiving the damaged item. The replacement item will come with a shipping container and label for the damaged item to be shipped back in. Failure to ship back damaged items within 14 days of receiving a replacement item may result in additional fees.
